Team Profile

As the team leader and captain of the ship, Chris keeps the team on track while helping clients get the home of their dreams. He understands how big a commitment a mortgage is, and works hard to help solve his clients’ problems, helping them smoothly navigate the path to funding. He lives for the moment he gets to tell a client they’ve been approved.

Born and raised in Orleans, Chris’ father worked as a private lender, a credit union branch manager, and with the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation, giving Chris an inside look at the world of finance, banking, and housing.

While still in high school, Chris’ entrepreneurial spirit led him to start a successful events business where he rented out the Ottawa Boat Cruise to host various events. He went on to co-own a successful painting business, and soon found himself earning a Bachelor of Commerce at uOttawa, where he was a member of the Entrepreneurs Club—these days, he serves on the Club’s board of advisors while he follows his entrepreneurial passion as a mortgage broker.

For Chris, being a mortgage broker is the ultimate entrepreneurial undertaking; he gets to wear a variety of hats as he helps his clients navigate the mortgage application process and is always working hard to stay on top of changes in lending guidelines, rates, and terms. As a broker, Chris is his clients’ man on the inside, balancing their needs and timelines while pushing lenders to approve files as quickly as possible. Simply put, Chris is always on the go, and always committed to helping his clients towards that amazing moment when he gets to inform them their application was approved.
